When a product is compact, every detail of its packaging has more work to do. The moment a customer picks up a rigid paper tube, the shape, surface and opening experience begin to communicate the brand. This cylindrical packaging concept combines a solid presentation with room for expressive printed artwork, helping small-format products stand out on the shelf and feel considered in the hand.

Packaging Design & Structure

These rigid paper tube boxes feature a cylindrical body with a separate fitted lid. The pictured examples show several proportions and a circular side detail on selected tubes. The purpose of that detail is not confirmed; any functional opening, locking or child-resistant mechanism must be specified, engineered and tested separately.

The paperboard body can be developed around the dimensions of the customer’s actual bottle or other packaged item. Optional paperboard or foam inserts can be designed to improve presentation and reduce unwanted movement, subject to sample fitting.

Typical Applications

Small bottles, sample-sized products, fragrance or cosmetic accessories, and other compact retail items requiring a branded cylindrical outer box. Packaging suitability must be checked against the contents and local market requirements.

Customization Options

• Structure: rigid paperboard cylinder, lid-and-base proportions and custom internal fit.
• Surface: printed paper wraps, specialty papers and matte or gloss finishes.
• Branding: CMYK or Pantone printing, foil stamping, embossing and spot UV where suitable.
